This strip was two days in the making. Whatever!
Today we feature the debut of two new characters in my puppy-life. The cute little snaggle-toothed fellow standing on the display case represents my friend and co-worker Dusty. This strip also features the debut of my dear friend, Erin.
Erin and I carpool into town on Tuesday mornings. We then spend time hanging out at the world's greatest comic book shop (that's where Dusty,Shawn, and I work, don't ya know) before her shift at the fancy movie theater UP-town. Erin had to get to work - for some reason I drew her airplane trip instead, that came later, anyway... When we got back into my car to make the 2 mile trip, my car refused to start. Bummer!
p.s. Luckily Shawn let me borrow her much cooler vehicle - Erin got to work on time, mission accomplished!
I tried to start my car after lunch and wouldn't you know, it started right-up!
