Puppy Power Day Two

The second installment of the senses-shattering strip devoted to the life-and-times of our favorite pup as seen through the eyes of his master.  How zen!
The comic-book-fanatics were out IN FORCE today.  They kept poor Daniel running all afternoon.  He's a champion of customer service.  So, the first panel is dedicated to him.
After my shift at the "nerd-store" I took in the latter part of my friends' set of rockin' jazz-fusion-type-music at the Philosophers Stone.  Spur got stung square on the nose during one of the set breaks - that's why I drew a bee menacing him on the drum-set.  I had a nice conversation with the bass player, John Shaugasy [sic] about lost fortunes in comic books during another set break.  I wanted to mention John because he is not depicted in the bottom panel.  I apologize, I have the rest of my life to work on composition, right?
Todays strip also features a nice half-tone that should be here to stay (except on days that time does not allow).  Click on the thumbnail to view the strip in all it's full-size glory, as usual.
