I have uploaded these two photos for journalistic purposes only. The first photo was taken in the parking lot of the Dairy Queen at Pecan and Central. The second photo was taken at the main entrance to the Landsdowne neighborhood on Sardis Road. let me explain this one - I do not get some sort of sick joy out of photographing road kill. I think it is sad that we are encroaching on the habitats of our woodland friends. Someone needs to teach these animals to look both ways before crossing the street.
Wow. I've never seen anything like that. I mean, I'm used to smaller versions of roadkill, which is sad in itself, but this is disturbing!!!
